  • Duplicate transactions occur
  • System errors are confirmed

Refunds do NOT apply when:

  • Wrong recipient details are entered
  • Transactions are successfully completed
  • Issues result from user error or third-party delays

Dispute Timeline:

Disputes are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
