Refunds and Disputes Policy
Refunds may apply when:
- Funds are deducted but transaction fails
- Duplicate transactions occur
- System errors are confirmed
Refunds do NOT apply when:
- Wrong recipient details are entered
- Transactions are successfully completed
- Issues result from user error or third-party delays
Dispute Timeline:
Disputes are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
